The Philmar is easy to find. From the A52 follow the road until you reach the traffic lights at the ship public house cross the lights and take the first right hand turn into seaview rd then take the second right into Sunningdale drive, the Philmar is 100yds on the left.From the A158. Follow the road towards Skegness until you reach the traffic lights at the Ship public house, cross the lights then take the second left into Sunningdale drive the Philmar is 150yds on the right.Nearest railway is Skegness.
