Recently renovated the Lyndsay comprises of 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, a fully licensed bar, dining room and a welcoming resident's T.V. lounge. Our spacious bedrooms include our popular Four Poster Bedroom, double and family bedrooms. A travel cot is available on request. All our rooms can accommodate a cot. LCD T.V.'s (with Freeview channels)and DVD player, tea coffee making facilities, welcome pack and hospitality tray are supplied in all of our comfortable, centrally heated bedrooms. Directions

From Boston (A52)Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylor's Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right into Scarbrough Avenue after rejoining two-way road. The Lyndsay Guest House is on the left side after a few yards From Lincoln (A158) Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 14 mile take first main turning left into Scarbrough Avenue. The Lyndsay Guest House is on the left side after a few yards.
