Roger and Alison offer you a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation. We are a family run guest accommodation a few minutes from the sea front. All bedrooms have tea coffee making facilities and TVs in all rooms. In the morning you can look forward to a Full English or the lighter continental style breakfast. We cater for special diets and vegetarian food is available. We have on site car parking but this is limited. There is off site parking close to The Southwold PLEASE NOTE: 1ST NIGHT STAY WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

Follow the A52 in to Skegness Turn in to Lumley Road and follow road to The clocktower. Turn left at Tower keeping the sea on your right side. Continue following road past Natureland. At end of road turn left in to Sea View Road. We are 800 meters on the left.
